What Qualifies
PLAIN AND FAIR
- A qualifying recurring referral is a new, separate household.
- They complete and pay for two recurring cleanings.
- Their paid monthly recurring value, after any ongoing discounts, is equal to or greater than your own monthly plan value before rewards.
- They stay scheduled, active and current on payments.
- Weekly, every-other-week, every-four-weeks and monthly schedules are valued differently (monthly and every four weeks are not the same).
- Direct referrals only, one referrer per household, and no self-referrals or duplicate rewards.
- Monthly benefits cover your established standard cleaning scope; deep cleans, added scope and add-ons remain payable. Benefits don't roll over or convert to cash.
- Initial deep cleans don't count as qualifying visits. Taxes, tips, initial cleans and add-ons are excluded from recurring value, and one-time referral credits are ignored in the comparison.
- Prime Sisters verifies every qualification.

FAQ
- Can I refer someone who only needs one cleaning?
- Yes. You'll earn a $25 cleaning credit after their first completed, paid cleaning. One-time customers don't count toward Insider or VIP.
- When do I receive my $25 credit?
- After your referral completes and pays for their first cleaning and Prime Sisters verifies it. The credit is then posted to your account and applied to a future cleaning charge.
- When does a referral qualify for ongoing rewards?
- Once they've completed and paid for two recurring cleanings, remain active and current, and their recurring value meets your own plan value.
- What does equal or greater monthly value mean?
- We compare what your referral pays per month for recurring service (after their ongoing discounts) to what your own plan is worth per month before rewards. Weekly, every-other-week, every-four-weeks and monthly plans are converted to a monthly amount so they compare fairly.
- What happens if a referral cancels or pauses?
- We review status on the last business day of each month. If you drop below a level, the change applies to the following month. A reward you've already received is never taken back.
- What happens if I refer more than three?
- Extra qualifying referrals act as a cushion if someone leaves. They don't add additional free monthly visits — the top reward is one free standard cleaning per month.
- Does free cleaning include deep cleans or add-ons?
- No. Rewards cover one standard visit. Deep cleans, extra visits, extra scope and add-ons remain payable. Your $25 credits can be used toward those charges.
- Can unused rewards roll over?
- No. Monthly rewards apply to one standard visit in that calendar month and don't roll over, transfer, or have cash value. Posted $25 credits stay on your account.
- How do rewards work with weekly or biweekly service?
- Your monthly reward applies to the first eligible standard visit in the month. Your other visits that month are billed as usual.
- Can someone who isn't a customer participate?
- Shine & Share Rewards is for Prime Sisters customers — rewards apply to cleaning service, so you'll need an active recurring plan for monthly benefits. Anyone can join and share a link; your $25 credits apply once you book cleaning service.
- Do I still get $25 for referrals that count toward Insider or VIP?
- Yes. You earn a $25 credit for each successful referral, including the ones that later count toward Insider or VIP. Insider and VIP don't stack — only your highest level applies.
